Strength in Every Impact

We use ramming techniques to create compact monolithic structures without formwork, ideal for zones with complex shapes or demanding environments.

Our ramming process compacts the material layer by layer, forming a monolithic structure without the need for formwork. This makes it ideal for confined zones or complex geometries where conventional casting is impractical.
We use materials with densities ranging from 2100 to 3000 kg/m³, with temperature classifications up to 1760°C.
The result is a compact, robust lining that delivers excellent resistance to abrasion and heat cycling.
Ramming also offers economic advantages: shorter lead times, reduced installation costs, and improved thermal shock resistance. This technique is widely used for furnace hearths, burner blocks, and refractory walls exposed to extreme conditions.
